Curaçao offers a variety of Corporate Solutions

From holding companies to cooperatives, partnerships and foundations

Why Curacao?

Curaçao is an attractive home for internationally operating businesses, families and investors. Under its territorial tax system, foreign-source income is exempt and there is no withholding tax on dividends, interest or royalties — efficient for companies whose clients, and much of whose direct costs, sit abroad, within a stable and well-regulated jurisdiction. As a civil-law jurisdiction, Curaçao offers a broad, familiar range of legal entities, each designed for a specific purpose. Which one fits follows from your objectives: ownership, liability, governance, confidentiality and tax treatment all play a role. PYGG helps you select, establish and manage the right structure.
