The launch of DCRF I ‘Vie L’Ven’ marks a strategic evolution in the way DCRF operates:

DCRF offers investors the possibility to participate as limited partner (‘Commanditair Vennoot’) in the acquisition and operation of  specific assets. This provides investors with more flexibility,  and potential tax benefits.

Besides selective participation in asset-specific investments, DCRF offers investors the possibility to invest in the full carefully developing diversified portfolio by buying Dutch Caribbean Securities Exchange (DCSX) listed invest shares.

While DCRF I CV participations are placed privately, investor shares and bonds issued by DCRF are available through DCSX Brokers, including PYGG Securities Co., as the lead broker. DCRF & DCRF I offer a unique investment opportunity in the 28 suites of the M7 building within the new five-star resort Vie L’Ven, located in Indigo Bay, St. Maarten. The Vie L’Ven resort is scheduled to open no later than early 2028. Vie L’Ven is affiliated with Leading Hotels of the World and will be operated by Luxury Hotel Advisors.
